When we designed the menus for Restaurante Don Quixote, we approached them as a feast for the senses. We wanted the gastronomic experience to begin with the selection of the dishes.
To do so, we combined materials, techniques and finishes, achieving contrasting visual effects and textures. In addition, the choice of the materials reflects the blend of tradition and modernity that characterises the restaurant’s cuisine.
